Friday the 13th hit the Kiser's hard this year! We got ran-sacked with a jury summons on the one week of school Casey gets off! its the poor kids spring break!), a car smash-n-grab, and the loss of a husband due to med school finals! 
It was tough, but only the strong can find positives on a Friday the 13th weekend! So in good news: Casey was one out of 25 students in his med school class who received a grant to do research over the summer! My big bro was in an article in the Washington Post- one of the top newspapers! Casey got it so he has only one day of jury duty instead of a week! The only thing those sneaky little car theives got were an old pair of gym shoes and workout clothes! I started at SMILES- only the best dental office in the valley! And the best of all, Casey is done with finals after this week and we are headed to vegas for a little R&R.
