Its a New Me Folks...

So I went in to get my hair trimmed and came out looking like this....

The lady let me know that I had enough hair to donate, once I heard that I couldn't resist. For anyone who is curious you need to be able to cut off at least 10 inches in order to donate your hair. And a little something I never knew- if you donate your hair you get a free cut! So it was a win-win-win... the hairdresser got a generous tip, I got a free cut, and someone out there got a new wig!

P.S. Mad props to my husband for loving me regardless of not having the long hair he's known and loved the past 4 years. He was there with me and I think he had his eyes closed when they put my hair in a ponytail and used an electric trimmer (my hair was so thick scissors wouldn't work) to cut it off. He was more nervous than I was!!
