Bananas!

Well life here is BANANAS! Maddie is climbing stairs, teething (finally), laughing with Poppy, crawling at super speed, opening drawers and cabinets, playing fetch (i think she is spending too much time around the dog!), and trying her best to cruz. Yikes! I feel like everything is going at warp speed- at times I'm excited because I can't wait to see her as a toddler but then I am terrified of the day were my little baby doesn't want to sit and snuggle with me. And unfortunately those days are coming fast- unless she is tired or we are reading a story this little one doesn't want to stay still for a second!

Maddie crawled under her saucer and... took a few tries to get out but she finally made it!

Charlottesville, Virginia

Casey is in Charlottesville, Virginia doing an away rotation and Mimi, Maddie and I went down for the day to visit. In the historic downtown they had this huge chalkboard that anyone could write on- we wanted to make Maddie's presence known! And don't laugh at me I drew Utah backwards!
These next pictures are at Monticello- The home of Thomas Jefferson! It was so fun to walk the grounds and take the tour- he truly was an amazing man! So much to learn from him. Thanks Mom for making the trip with us we had so much fun!
