Casey and I met up with some of our new friends and boy do those med school kids know how to party! We went to a Mexican restaurant for turkey and mashed potatoes... yeah, kinda weird. But the big highlight of the night was the appearance of Santa! I think I was more excited than some of the kids! Casey was a good sport, I dragged him in line to get a picture with Santa. Needless to say not many of the other med students share my enthusiasm for Santa. We were the only adults to get a picture with the jolly old man.
After the big bash we went to play board games at Dave and Natalie's. I now want a real home of my own to decorate and make homey- their place was awesome! All in all the night was a big hit, Casey and I were so tired it was the latest we've stayed up in a long time. Yes, we are old losers! But here is a snapshot with the experience with Santa- I promise Santa is in the picture... Casey and I are burying the poor guy. He did this whole knee bouncing thing was I'm kinda falling off... nice.

I wish I could've convinced Dave to get a picture on his lap, he's a party-pooper. We had fun with you guys! Let's do it again soon.
