Casey and I were able to keep up with tradition and go to the "Holy War". We have been able to go the last three years, I've enjoyed my bragging rights but now it is time to relinquish those for just a short time.
So this is how the game went:
Utah doing well: Casey gives me hugs, tells me he loves me.
BYU doing well: Julie gives hugs to Casey and whispers in his ear YAY! Casey standing- no reaction.
Werid drunk guy: "I'm friends with King Louie."
Rules set for the game:
Julie: no cheering, no byu colored appearal, and no dogging utah.
Casey: have fun!
Lessons learned:
* A BYU/UTAH marriage CAN work.
* Spitting on people no matter who you are cheering for is WRONG.
* It is extremely important to THROW TO THE RIGHT TEAM!
* Utah fans not only try to pick fights with BYU fans but with each other as well.
After the game- Casey was a little excited! I was still trying to figure out whose team Max was playing on!
The field- the "slow" people came on a little earlier apparently clocks are hard to read for some Utah fans.
Casey and I before the game... we loved each other then. What would happen after the game?
The Utah Kiser boys. Scott is a mixed breed.

I love love love the picture of you and Casey after the game. So funny. Julie you are a good sport to support your husband over your alma mater. That is true love baby.
My parents say they always root for BYU except when they play the U. That red blood runs deep I tell ya!
AH! Love you two so stinkin much! FUn you got to go but I agree - was Max Hall the MVP for the UTes? I THINK SO! :(
I was questioning your loyalties...how come HE was allowed to wear the Utah gear, but YOU went allowed to wear BYU. You gotta represent girl! haha
I'm glad you can still make the marriage work. I'm not sure I could :)
