One Down Forever to Go!

Casey and I have been married one whole entire year... I think that deserves a shout out! We have loved, laughed, cried, and yes even argued over the toilet seat! It's been amazing to spend everyday with my best friend and learn more about each other. For example, who knew I would become a clean freak like my mom when I knew people were going to come over! And who knew Casey would ever learn to hang up his towel... we've had some BIG surprises this last year! But lets reflect:
Casey: I can't believe how fast this year has gone by. It seems like just yesterday I was standing at the front of the church watching Julie come down the aisle already balling her eyes out. Marrying her was the best decision I've ever made and I'm so thankful that I have found the love of my life.

Julie: Just the other day I was reading my journal, I found an entry that I wrote right after watching the finale of the hit show the Bachlor (for big fans I think it was the Trista and Ryan season!!). I had written down what I wanted in my husband, and as creepy as it is it was exactly Casey. I am so lucky I was able to find that perfect person I dreamed up when I was a teenager (it's very Forces of Nature)! I love you!
The gifts:

Since Casey and I got married civially first we were able to write our own vows. The first anniversary is known as the paper one... so here ya go sweety A picture of us on our wedding day and the vows I read to you! MWAH!

Casey had roses delivered to my office today at work! So sweet, and he got my a KISER Family plaque. I love these and I'm so glad we have one!

Welp, Happy Anniversary! Now it's back to studying... finals are next week! Can't wait for school to be out for a proper celebration!
