It was time to get out and have some fun! My best friends from Virginia, Jenny and Melissa, came down to Salt Lake for little 80s dancing and I just had to tag along! It was so fun to sweat it out on the dance floor! A fellow med school widow, Cami, came along as well! We got decked out blue eye shadow and all then hit the dance floor. But my hat still goes off to Mel who was able to pull of the Sandra Dee leather pants! HA! Classic!
We all felt at home with some Love Shack, MJ Billy Jean, and Girls Just Want to Have Fun! But the best quote of the night goes to Cami. "I feel like back in high school and we are sneaking out leaving our husbands at home studying!!" It was a little weird leaving them behind but I am so grateful for a husband who will let me go out with the girls and have a good time! Thanks babe! Next time you need to be there with the MC Hammer pants!!!! LOVE YOU STUDY HARD ONLY 3 MORE DAYS TILL YOUR TEST!!!! YAY!
