LOTOJA Weekend

We just finished up a pretty intense weekend! Scott and Cris entered and FINISHED the Logan to Jackson Hole cycle race!! They are amazing! We couldn't have been any prouder of all the hard work they put into it!

We woke up before the sun (something I never would suggest) to start the race off in Logan, Utah. Scott left at 6:34 AM! He was in the front at the start and pretty much kept that pace the whole race! Cris left Logan at 7:00 AM and beat just about all the younger girls in her group to Jackson! They have been training and working so hard and let me say it paid off! Casey and I were at all of the feed zone's for Scott. He was the first one in and out at every stop! The goal was a 10 second food exchange and I think Case and I should look into being pit stop groupies! Not to toot my own horn but we did pretty awesome!

Then it was time for the finish line and we saw them cross in all their glory! It was amazing... finishing a 207 hundred mile race and in the times they did it, WOW! GREAT JOB GUYS, we love you!

The next day Kenzie (Casey's sister who supported Cris), Garrett (Kenzie's boyfriend), Casey and I explored Jackson Hole, Wyoming! We went into some pretty amazing art galleries- one had some of Picasso's original work!

Casey and I can't wait to go back to Jackson when we have a little more money under our belts to do a week river trip! That is next on the to do list! What a weekend! Now it is nap time before another week of work begins!

SHOUT OUT TO TYSON MY NEPHEW WHO KICKED BUTT IN HIS FIRST LITTLE LEAGUE FOOTBALL GAME! HE WON 19-7!!! A CHAMPION ALREADY! WISH I COULD HAVE BEEN THERE!!
