Happy Thanksgiving!
This year was our first Thanksgiving with a little one! Even though she is still in the hospital we were able to carry the Pilgrim and Indian spirit to her! I made her a head dress to wear to really make the hospital as fun as it could be. Casey spent the morning with his rugby buddies in the freezing cold! They get together every Thanksgiving and play football... this year was no different even with the freezing temperatures of 14 degrees. Cameron got to meet miss Maddie for the first time! Then after stuffing our faces the Kiser gang came up to the hospital to take turns with Maddie- and she loved all her visitors! So thanks everybody for a great Thanksgiving!
Things to be thankful for this year: Our perfect baby girl, all the amazing nurses and doctors in the hospital, family, the gospel, an amazing husband, that we live so close to the hospital, Casey doing well in school, friends, pizza, chocolate cake, toilet paper, an amazing ward, that we live in the best country ever!, that we are healthy... oh the list could go on! But we are so blessed- we have so much joy, love and peace in our lives. We couldn't ask for more.

I think Maddie has the cutest chubby face. Love it. Hope she is doing well this week! We're thinking about you guys....I know it's not easy!
Pretty Maddie, all dressed up and ready for fun. You are such a fun and loving mommy, Julie, and Maddie is a blessed baby to have you. All will be fine and Christmas will be glorious for all three of you.

Casey's picture cracked me up! As Ben would say, "that's what makes it fun." Ben was disappointed that it did NOT rain for his game.
