So this year for Halloween Maddie was a Strawberry thanks to her Aunt Katie! She is the best! We were able to start our Halloween festivites with a trip to Wheeler farm, they had Halloween decor all over and a pumpkin patch- even though we were lame this year and didn't carve any pumpkins. Interview season means pinching pennies! Then we had a great time at Jimmy and Rosies Fear Factor themed party. And finally, the big day- Casey, Cris, Maddie and I all went trick or treating at the Dans Foothill Shopping center. All the stores open up and hand out candy! We made it back in time to our apartment to hand out some candy to the cute kids in the Village. When all was said and done Maddie was the cutest strawberry in town!

I decided to go as a tired mom who just got back from the gym- pretty classy.
The best part of the night was when Maddie finally decided to go for it and take a piece of candy out of the bowl... what did she come out with. A wrapper- someone had left there trash in there and thats what she goes for. Yikes- we need to do some training before next year.

She is the cutest berry on the block! You know how to make holidays fun - and before you know it, you will be strictly limiting the candy intake on that girl! She'll be all over it.
Aunt Katie is the BEST...and Maddie is the prettiest little juicy strawberry I ever saw. Happy Halloween to all three of you.
